This is a simple device that helps you improve your agility by using it for various types of exercises. It’s particularly good for developing and improving footwork skills, agility, balance and speed.

It’s very simply a “ladder” made of plastic rungs attached to nylon straps The default spacing between the rungs is 16″ but since the individual rungs can be moved, you can change the spacing to meet your needs. You are also able to attach multiple ladders in succession since the nylon straps have snaps on each end to let you connect multiple ladders.

A simple nylon carry case is provided for storage.

An excellent training and exercise device that’s reasonably priced.

Great ladder with 11 (holes) to use. Comes with a carry bag which is awesome, plus the ladder has a velcro strap to keep it together so you can easily get the ladder in and out of the bag.
You can do so much with these ladders to improve your health and fitness. Great for cardio drills but also good for upper body work with push ups side to side , planks, burpees and so much more.
Great for home workouts, or workouts at the park, or as you can see from my pics poolside! If I have time for a quick workout I can just grab this ladder and get a warm up, workout and cool down down easily. Plus working on my footwork for some brain cell growth 😉

I was not expecting that so I decided to review the product. I bought this product for my 10 year old son who is boxing. He does a number of drills using this ladder. I purchased this product for $17.99, while cheaper than most agility ladders, I do not feel the quality is any less.

I think the main reason I chose this product might not be good for other people. That feature is that the rung’s are not easily adjusted. The adjusting is easily done, but not so easy as to lose their distance when you trip up on them or pick them up to store them. Similar products I saw available had comments saying the rungs had to be reset every time, since my son trips up pretty often this was something I did not need.

In all, the Ohuhu 21 Rung Agility Ladder with Black Carry Case met every need. It also came with a well-crafted storage bag as well as snaps on each end of the ladder to hold it together when not using. All of this combined with a customer service email asking if I was satisfied allows me to highly recommend this product. The only thing that could possibly make it better is a list of drills one can use with the ladder. However, considering that you are seeing this on amazon’s website implies that a google search for ‘agility ladder drills’ is a possibility.
