Review 1 – Excellent workout bench!
Hardly review items but wanted to give it for this item. The bench is sturdy and easy to assemble. It is perfect for my body beast workouts. Bench has most needed position including 90 degrees which others costing more don’t provide. Order arrived earlier than expected which is a plus.
Review 2 – Great Value Bench
I love this bench. I purchased these with my Powerblocks. I’m 5’10 @ 225 and I have no issues with this bench holding me up along with a 100-200lb stack. It looks very neutral…..its grey with a mint green. The cushioning is spot on and feels substantial. Adjusting the bench is easy with a slide pin lock. The wheels in the back making moving this bench around a breeze. It was priced right and I have no regrets……great value. The bench does not decline.

Review 4 –Good overall – Doesn’t change angles fast enough for my program.
I like the bench for the price, but have only one warning. It has a pin to change the angle of the bench, if you are doing an at home DVD program (I’m doing Body Beast), it takes longer to change the bench angle then the DVD gives you time for. There are other benches don’t have a pin to change angle, I would likely choose one of them given a second chance, even at a slightly higher price. This bench is very secure and comfortable. If you don’t mind lining up the little hole, to put the pin in, and just aren’t in a all fired hurry, it is great.

Good bench and has held up well for almost a year now. I use this five to six days a week. Has held up to step-up lunges and bench dips without any sagging or the padding getting weird. Pretty comfortable as well and the adjustment is super easy and quick. Would recommend.

For about $100, I think this bench is a great value. The range of adjustability is good, only lacking decline. I feel it is plenty sturdy for me. I’m 200lbs, 5’9″ and using up to two 50 pound dumbells with no wobble or creaking. Instructions and hardware were easy to use and tools are included, though the thin wrenches will hurt your hands. Grab a socket set from the tool box while building. For about the cost of what I could find on the used market, this York bench does what I need it to.
