I’ve been looking for an exercise ball for a while now. I decided to purchase this one because it came with the resistance bands also. The ball comes in a mesh bag so you can deflate it and take it anywhere. It also comes with a great little pump that not only pumps the ball up fast, it exercises the arm as you are doing it. The resistance bands also come in a mesh bag for easy transport.

I am a large woman and I did not feel like the ball was going to burst on me. And the bands are plenty resistant enough for what I want it for. I really think this will help me to start losing weight since it is low impact and even I can master stretching and exercises on this. My husband, who works out all the time, didn’t know I was getting this and was excited when I showed him. He said he would use it all the time, too. I am very pleased with the quality of this BLUE FLEX Exercise Ball and Resistance Bands Set. The last ball I had purchased was too small but this one was just perfect. the bands seem very strongly and do exactly what they are supposed to do (no wonder I am sore…) I really loved the mesh bag that the bands come in as it will keep them all together and this way I won’t misplace any of them.
