Review 1: 15 Personal Trainers agree…

If you are in the market for a suspension trainer (cough *TRX* cough), you want to buy this one. I am a month away from graduating from a Personal Training academy. The day after I received the WOSS Attack Trainer, I took it to school and hung it up right next to the TRX Trainer and my fellow students and I all took turns working out on both.

Not only were we able to do all of the exercises that the TRX can do, but we were able to come up with several new ones that took advantage of the free D-Ring on the top (the attachment point on the WOSS is simply a D ring with a strap running through it- the TRX has the strap sewn into a loop so the handles can’t slide back and forth on the D-ring).

This small difference allowed new moves to be thought up- insert inverted “lawn mower pull” rows here. The other plus that we found was that the handle grips are removable on the WOSS, unlike the TRX. This allows you to run a single handle through BOTH straps (instead of having to tangle the handles together as you do on the TRX) when you single arm rows/single arm reach through’s.

So take it from a room of 15 professionals all putting this thing through the ringer- it is worth every penny and more. Half the class ended up buying their own on Amazon before the class was even over!

Review 2: Smart Shopper.

I have had the Woss trainer now for a little bit. I researched exercise videos using the TRX system, then i tried them on my Woss trainer and i was able to do all the exercises. So for 35 dollars you can have a system that is just as good as the 200 system. I just think its cooler to say i have been using the TRX then the Woss. If you worried about it lasting, if you wear it out, good for you.

Buy another one for 35 dollars. I am very pleased with my purchase. I can go run trails, then attach it to a tree and have a all around full body workout in the great outdoors. All the exercises have your contracting your core while exercising. So for 35 dollars, you have a portable trainer, that you can use indoors or out. That is just as good as the 200 one. Why buy the name brand one when you can get a Woss for a lot less. Be a smart shopper.

Review 3: Amazing system for small group training gym!!

I purchased several of these for my gym and they are exactly what we needed. There’s are so many exercise options you can use them for! My members especially love using them for squats, plank variations and pulling work. We’ve been using this brand for several months now and the system has help up brleautifully.

It’s easy to adjust and the strap adjusters don’t slip down during workouts like other more expensive brands I’ve used. We’ve tested these with over 300 lbs of weight for squats and rows. Amazing product!! I will continue to use this brand as we add more stations!!
