I bought two of these. When I originally started losing weight my waist was at a 48″ circumference around my navel, and I was trying to use an older neoprene waist trimmer I had bought perhaps 10 years ago, but it would roll over and bunch up on me. My waist was around 42″ when I ordered the “original” (44″ size) TNT Ab Trimmer Belt.
When it arrived, I was surprised to find that it wrapped around my waist about 1 1/2 times. I would hold one end on my right side, wrap it around the front of my waist and around my body, and although it was very stiff and didn’t stretch much at all, the other end would end up all the way on my left side where I would attach the velcro. There was so much material, I found that I couldn’t really pull it hard enough to get a really good stretch out of it. I was concerned that the next size down was so much smaller, so I figured I’d live with it a few days and see how it held up, and to see if perhaps I’d find a better technique of wrapping it around my waist and pulling on it that might be more satisfying.
After trying it for a few days, I realized I liked it way better than the neoprene belt I had been using previously, because the edges didn’t roll over or bunch up at all. I held it’s shape and stayed flat from top to bottom whether I was standing, sitting, or lying down. So, I liked it a lot, and realized that it was just a vastly superior belt to the other, older neoprene belt I had been using.
After a few days, I realized I hadn’t been able to discover any kind of secret to wrapping it around my waist that was any more satisfying, and decided to take a chance and order the next size down, which is the “small” size, said to be for 34″ waist, and told myself if it turned out to be too small, I could just return it.
When the “small” size TNT belt arrived, I was surprised to find it actually fit me so much better, with about a 1″ – 2″ overlap. I found I could stretch the belt tighter, and was more satisfied with the fit. Even though my waist would vary between 41 – 42″, the belt fit well, even though it was said to be 34″.
I kept the first “original” size belt, thinking if I ever find I’ve regained the weight again, it would be nice to have the belt on hand, just as I had kept that older neoprene belt on hand, being the TNT belt is just so superior to the older belt in every way.
Initially, when I began searching for a waist trimmer belt to replace my older belt, I saw a number of similar belts available and spent over a month just reading reviews and trying to decide which one to finally order. I made the right decision with the purchase of the TNT belt, as it is just perfect in every way –
- It remains flat from top to bottom no matter what position you’re in
- it is firmer than the old neoprene belt I used to use and can stretch tighter
- you can use lotions, rubs, or creams under it, and it doesn’t absorb them,
- it’s easy to clean if you need to clean it at all

- I couldn’t be happier with any belt than I am with this.
As I pointed out above, the only problem that I found with this belt in any aspect at all was simply in how to choose the right size.
With a 42″ waist, the 44″ “original” belt wrapped around me when I pulled it tight about 1 1/2 times. and yet the 34″ belt fit nearly perfect with only a 1 – 2″ overlap, so I could pull it tighter. So, my advice when choosing which size to order is to measure your waist when you pull your stomach in. Don’t measure your waist when it’s relaxed and hanging out, as that will give you the wrong size since the belt is only worn when it’s tightened around your waist, so you need to know your waist size when it’s being constricted to determine the right belt size you need.
All in all, this is an excellent belt that is very sturdy and well made, it does everything that I hoped it would do, and it was certainly the right choice of all the options I found out there. I give this belt my absolute highest recommendation, and after reading hundreds of reviews from others who have purchased this TNT belt, it’s obvious that so do a couple thousand other reviewers, as well…!

I received this product in a very timely fashion which I appreciated. Was skeptical about another waist trimmer product but because of the rave reviews it was receiving I decided to try it anyway. I was not dissapointed I actually bought it for the guy I’m dating and he has only worn it once to work and he was completely taken aback by all the sweat wax on it when he took it off.
He said it is extremely comfortable and is a great back support. He calls it his motivation he has started his daily power walks after work with this product he says he can’t wait to see his progress after 30 days so I will be back with an update then . But thanks it’s an extremely great price and I’m feeling like it will be well worth it. Stay tuned….. Lol

I really like this belt. I’ve never used one of these before and I’m glad I picked this one. With my tummy area being my problem area I was afraid it wouldn’t fit properly at even at all. But it does fit and it very comfortable. I can wear it biting my workouts or even at work. I am a medical assistant so I’m all over the place walking , bending, running and it stays where it supposed to be. I also purchased the sweet sweat which shows the work I’m doing. I would recommend this to anyone. It needs to be their first choice!
