I love this bottle H2OPal Smart Bottle!
I am an android phone owner so I waited for the new android app in prerelease to be available for download. When I knew the app was compatible with my phone, I ordered the bottle and love it! ((
A pairing note: Depending on your device, the pin request for the pairing confirmation is a notification so it may seem hidden under the app itself. This is a device function, not an app function. I have a BLU Studio 7 LTE and it works fine. )) My first need for this bottle was so I don’t forget how much I did drink that day. And I can enter other fluids easily with the manual log feature. The app is easy to use and has a little tutorial that tells you each feature. Well done app and attractive water bottle. I happily gave this product 5 stars and highly recommend the H2OPal.
Review 2: Great product and customer service
I received this H2OPal Smart Bottle as a Christmas present from my parents. Since I struggle with chronic migraines and am awful at drinking enough water, I was just as excited for the health benefits as the convenience! Unfortunately, a couple of weeks after receiving it, I noticed that every sip I took logged as 100+ ounces! I contacted customer service, and not only did they teach me how to re-calibrate the bottle, but when they found out that my battery had drained in the process as well they sent me a new tracker AND an extra battery to compensate for the one I had to buy.
My water bottle has worked perfectly ever since, and I am beyond impressed at this company’s customer service. The water bottle allows me to set at what point I want it to notify me to drink more water, accurately tracks each sip, and lets me manually enter any water I consume when I forget my bottle so I’m not off track. Even more impressively, it coordinates with my GPS and my Fitbit (or my phone’s motion tracker) to alter intake based on the exercise I’ve done and the weather/altitude I’m at. I would definitely recommend this water bottle to anybody looking to increase their water intake, or even just more accurately track their water needs.
Review 3: Great Customer Service Experience!
My tracker did not work in the beginning. However, after troubleshooting based on the included directions all was well. Then after about a month of using it with no problems, I went out of town and left my bottle at home.
When I returned, the H2OPal Smart Bottle was not working. I changed the battery, turned it upside down to reset, reset the app…I tried just about everything. I went to the H2O pall website and requested assistance and expressed my concerns. The team went out of their way to make sure I was a pleased customer and I was sent a new bottle!
