- PUSHUP STATION – comfortable thanks to the special handles. A great exercise for developing chest muscles, triceps and deltas. Comfortable grip will enable you to perform the exercise efficiently and to the required load.
- DIP STATION – develops arm muscles, strong grip, and well developed triceps. Also gives the load on the muscles of the chest and shoulders. To take starting position there is a special footrest. Exercise is traumatic. Therefore, it is necessary to efficiently warm up and heat up the elbows. You should not perform exercise when experiencing pain.

One of my most used pieces of equipment. Allows me to work nearly every muscle. Lightweight so it’s easy to move if necessary. Instructions are very straightforward so it took minimal time and tools to put together. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to do lots of body-weight exercises considering you can do it all with this one piece of equipment.

I originally gave 3 stars so this is an update. The box arrived in very bad shape and the packet that contains all of the screws sorted was practically destroyed and scattered throughout the box. The seller contacted me right away and made things right. Once I inventoried everything it turned out every last piece of hardware was accounted for. The tower itself is very sturdy and stout. It’s perfect for that extra addition to the home gym.
I’m 5’10 and the pull-up bar height is fine. I slightly bend my knees anyway. There is an ever so slight uneven rock to it but once I got it on mat padding it was fine. Important to note that you must keep most if not all screws loose until the very end. Set up was approx 45 min (1-12oz beer) and the instructions were easy to follow. The only complaint if any is that the curved step like things pictured opposite of the pull up side are a bit nubby. They could’ve make them an inch longer. Otherwise great product for the price.

Package was arrived in time (with messages that it would be late)), packing had good quality. Assembly was not hard because of good manual and pictures. It is stylish and has good quality. It fits even low ceiling of our basement. And it is good for big boys like my husband!!!

P.S. We could compare because tried to buy similar item from another seller last year, but it arived in damaged condition twice!!! Because of very bad packing.
This seller takes care about good packing and already makes first steps of assembly.
