Simply measure rope by standing on the middle of the cord and the end of the handles come up to the top of the jumper’s shoulders. Will fit anyone up to up to 6′ 6″ tall. Simply adjust the length with an easy screw/lock using fingers or a screw driver (recommended). Make sure it is clamped tight before jumping. As an option you can cut off the extra cable.

I originally bought the rope for double unders, the speed was amazing. Soon, not only doubles were attainable but triples. One morning while alone in the lab I theorized that a quadruple would be possible. They said it was crazy without bearings, but I wanted to prove them wrong damnit. So with a little WD-40 and some laser calibration, I began the experiment .
In a flash of speed not seen since the atom bomb, a quadruple was replicated for just a few moments. A triumph, but sadly it remained undocumented. I began a journey overseas later that month to Cern. They scoffed at my theories. In the excelerator, combined with the rope, I was going to break the quintuple barrier . It would succeed or I would die. No one would stop me.
We went from doubles to triples then to the world’s first sustained quadruple, the intensity was blinding. Finally in a burst o light and glory witnessed not since the dawn of time , the universe seemed to freeze and I was suspended in air having achieved a quintuple. My mission accomplished, I went to the break room to drink a post workout smoothie.
