Review 1: Get your roll on!
I bought this roller and talk about deep tissue massage. It was a bit firmer than what I was expecting but come to find out my legs are over worked and needed something a bit lighter. Fast forward a few months later and after resolving my leg issue I love this roller and it does wonders on my legs, back, lats, and glutes. If it hurts keep on that spot for 15 seconds and make sure to breath and relax. If you can’t do that you’ll just hurt your self and that’s not what you wanted to do in the first place.

I purchased this in hopes it would help relieve my back pain and it definitely works! It relieves so much on the tension and it pops my back like crazy. I always feel better after I use it. Review 3: Deep Tissue Massager
I got my roller is record time and it was as described, however we, my wife and I are new at rolling and found it worked really well on some parts like thighs but seemed small for rolling my back. This was a miscalculation on my part but all in all I love the feel of relief it gives me when I roll. All of the videos on the internet really help with how to use the roller correctly. For any one whose hasn’t tried rolling for pain relief, by all means give it a try I think you will like it.
