I know about Paleo and I love running. No wonder this practical guide is a good fit for me. The author really breaks it down to the key things.

No overload of information … just the things you need to know to get started. At the end he gives 50 (!!!) recipes so you never have to wonder what the cook.

Very easy recipes with pretty basic ingredients. A few you might have to go to your local health food store to get, but we’ll worth it!
