Review 1: Good chalk ball
This is a good chalk ball. I bought it because I wanted to be able to use my chalk bag at the crag and at the gym. It feels like less chalk comes out than I would like, but I am used to having a lot of chalk on my hands from using loose chalk. But I guess that is the point, keep the chalk in! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chalk ball. Much more convenient than loose chalk, too.
Review 2: Cheap chalk – Good product
The chalkball fit in my bag very well. This is the first chalk ball I’ve bought but it was good. I liked that it wasn’t very porous. That being said, you had to slightly squeeze the ball to get the chalk on your hands.
This is good so you don’t waste as much chalk. Sometimes you drop your bag too hard and chalk just shoots out because it was loose in the ball. I’ve had this ball for a month, and I’ve only used 75% of it. I climb every other day and I still have this much chalk left.
Review 3: Great for the gym
I’m not a climber, but I love this chalk ball for the lifting at the gym. It’s very easy to carry with the string and I can reuse the ziploc style bag it comes packaged in so that I don’t get chalk all over my gym bag.
