Review 1: Great Companion Book

I bought this as a companion book to Mark Divine’s other book The Way Of The Seal. Compared to other SEAL fitness books, this one is easy to understand and follow, is to the point, isn’t filled with lengthy fitness mumbo-jumbo, and has pics for demonstration guides so there is no confusion as to how to do the exercises.

Review 2: Wish I belonged to a crossfit gym

Doesn’t really work for me that well I don’t belong to a crossfit gym so I don’t get sandbags or rings or any weight vests. But try it if you belong to one. Great fitness book (has workouts)

I researched a lot if exercise plans and decided on Sealfit. You do not need a lot of equipment to succeed at this. This is one if the best workouts for overall.conditioning. This meant to be done each weekday and I recommend sticking to it for best results. You get out what you put in
