There is a strong rubber odor – after all this is 260 lbs of rubber! This does go away over time, but I solved the issue mainly by leaving the weights covered when not in use.
They fit pretty tightly onto my olympic barbell and seem very sturdy. No issues whatsoever. This weight combination can give you quite a variety of weights (up to 130 per side) although there are a couple gaps, especially at the top end – 65, 100, 110, and 125 per side are all impossible without purchasing additional smaller weights.
If you’re on a program like Strong Lifts or Starting Strength, you may want to purchase some smaller fractional plates to help fill the gaps. With a standard olympic barbell, this set will get you up to a total of 305 lbs, which will probably be plenty for everything except perhaps deadlift for quite some time.

Great set, no typical overpowering smell!!, They come packaged very securely in individual boxes. They appear very well made. I’ve been dropping them from overhead for a few weeks, no issues. Slightly oily out of box, wipes or wears off very quickly. Exactly as pictured and described.
About the same price per pound as other available plates after freight shipping cost, no tracking from company provided, but you can’t beat brought to your door convenience.

Purchased these so I could throw some heavy weight around without having to worry about damaging the concrete in garage or worry about breaking the weights. They are exactly as advertised. Arrived very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Very good price, but you will pay about the same as most other sites when you factor in shipping.
