Body Beast is one of the first all-encompassing workout, performance diet and supplement systems, created to build a large, muscular physique as quickly as possible. When used properly, it’s capable of adding ten pounds of lean muscle in 90 days. Body Beast is built on the concept of Dynamic Set Training, a specific sequence of sets and reps which maximizes the muscle’s time under tension with the goal of exhausting the muscle and “recruiting” more muscle fiber.

Dynamic Set Training is also designed to help enhance your body’s own testosterone production. Testosterone is the primary hormone responsible for developing muscle mass, so the more testosterone the body makes, the faster it grows. Body Beast is a 90-day program, divided into three blocks: Build creates a strong physical and nutritional foundation (three weeks at six days on, one day off) Bulk continues your body’s growth and addition of muscle mass (six weeks at six days on, one day off) Beast defines the mass you’ve added (three weeks at six days on, one day off)

Reviews of Body Beast Deluxe Kit w/ Beachbody Performance

Body Beast Deluxe Kit Review 1: Excellent butt kicking program

Package came with everything. Booklet with all the DVDs, beast food guide, and pre workout powder. The pre workout powder tastes great, it is a lemon tasting powder, but I think the pre workout explosion from walmart is just as good. The workout program is great, I am on my third week and it’s kicking my butt!

Things you will want to invest in are: Dumbells – Various weights, EZ curl bar – Amazon and Walmart have a ton of reasonably priced ones, a Workout Bench – really invest in a decent bench, trust me!

The bench needs to be sturdy and adjustable to lay flat, inclined and declined. I bought a bench from walmart that is extremely wobbly and i do not feel safe using it because I’m afraid the bench will not hold up all the weight. If you don’t want to get a bench, you can invest in a stability ball, but I would only use that for lighter weights; so you’re going to need to eventually get a bench.

You will also need a pull up bar that mounts to your door frame, or resistance bands that come with a door attachment. Each DVD has someone doing alternate move sets if you don’t have a pull up bar or adjustable bench. You will also need a yoga mat. The first DVD has an introduction that tells you everything you need, so don’t start the program without watching this first. I’m loving this program so far and I cant wait to see my final results. Follow the diet plan and keep telling yourself, “whatever it takes!”

Body Beast Deluxe Kit Review 3: Great workout. Easy to do

Great workout. Easy to do. You do, however, have to buy dumbells and resistance bands. The workout is awesome. No bouncing around required. This is like being in a gym at home with a coach.
