Review 1: Challenging Workout for Great Price!

I’m a 22 year old female in decent shape and these made me break a sweat! This was my first day using these videos but they were fun, energetic and I felt like I got a pretty decent workout. Looking forward to using them daily and hopefully seeing some results in a few months (or sooner!). Good value for the price.

Review 2: No contract –

Love it! Been doing the Mom gig for the last 19 years and have not got the time or inclination to go to the gym (made the mistake of joining one and had the contract kink)…. These disc allow you to get movin’ and grovin’ when you have time. They work, looking forward to seeing great results, and it is fun (did I just admit that?!?) I am glad that I gave these a try.

I love starting my day off with this workout! I have tried exercise videos that are not motivating, but more of a drag. With Rockin Body, I am excited to exercise in the morning. I have two toddlers, so getting motivated to exercise over resting for 30-40 minutes is a challenge. These videos I do at 5am, without any hesitation. A game changer!
