I want to start off by saying I run 25-50 miles a week depending on what I’m training for.
I was actually in the market for some new calf sleeves as the ones I have are now several years old and very worn out. In comes the Gabor Fitness Compression Sleeves, and at more than half the price of other sleeves!
The package arrived in a very timely manner and came undamaged. The box was in great condition when I opened the package and I happily took them out to try on.
I have relatively big(read: Fat) feet so getting them over my foot at first was a bit of struggle, but once it got to my ankle I had no issues getting them aligned and on. They felt great…but this trial run was short lived as I was on my lunch break.
I ended up running a pretty hard workout the night I got them and was feeling a lot of soreness in my calf/shin. I slipped these on and the ache almost immediately went away! I think this will be a great item to wear post run for recovery and even for some of those easy runs that your legs are feeling it from the previous workout.
Overall the price point for the sleeves are excellent and so far I can say they are doing quite well for an experienced runner!
