I realize that using gloves or other form of grip protectors is controversial in CrossFit, but I really hate having calluses and torn-up hands. I use these grips to do the lifts and for the pull-ups (and any exercises on the pull-up bar). I have been doing CF 3-4 times/week for the past 3 weeks and my hands are not torn. Really like this product and the price is just right!

I really only use this for deadlifts and shoulder shrugs because the bar hurts my hands and it helps my weak fingers hold the weight, but it does a great job. They are super easy to put on and have plenty of padding.

I use these for Crossfit when the WOD calls for 50-100 pullups. These are good for preventing bloody explosions on the pullup bar. Keep in mind that they are kind of disposable and will eventually fall apart. Mine are worn probably half way after a couple thousand pullups, but they still provide decent protection. If you have open/recent cuts then these work much better than tape.

These aren’t the best solution out there, but they are pretty good for the low price.
