Review 1: 5 Stars for the Gwee Gym Pro

I got the Gwee Gym Pro because I wanted a little more resistance. I am a 5’11 225 lb. intermediate weight lifter. I am very happy with the product. I have been primarily using it for shoulder rehab exercises, and the resistance is perfect to start feeling the burn in the 20 rep range. There is more than enough cable to be able to step on one handle, grab the other handle, and extend the handle that you are grabbing over your head to do shoulder presses.

My only critique of the product is that there is an unusual cant between the two handles. They are not perfectly aligned with one another, but maybe that is an engineering requirement to have the tension be consistent throughout the entire range of motion, which it is. I read a review where the person said the Gwee Gym has a bunch of positive reviews because those reviewers got the product for free. Well I paid full price for the Gwee Gym Pro, and I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend.

Review 2: Practical

Let’s be real. This equipment is great for certain people but not all.

Pro:

-Want a somewhat easy, smooth resistance workout.
-It is not like the band. It is much better in that it feels smoother and you won’t pull a muscle.
-Great way to GET BACK into shape without killing yourself like doing Insanity or P90X.
-Very portable if you travel. It does NOT make a lot of noise.
-Different levels of difficulty. Easy-sitting in a chair. Cardio-20 mins-decent sweat. Full body-30 mins.

Cons:

-Do NOT buy this if you’re a gym rat and can name off every gym equipment.
-Only 1 level of resistance.
-Not meant for people in fantastic shape who regularly workout.

So, if you’re the type of person who wants to workout but can’t stand to do it, this is a good start. It’s low impact but you’ll feel the burn. Personally, I really like it. Keeps me motivated and that’s enough for me.

Reiview 3: I don’t like this state of weakness

I am 83 years young & have been athletic all of my life, even to holding my certified professional skiing instructor rating (PSIA certification) into my late 70’s. Due to age & health problems over the past few years, I have not been, to say the least, physically active , except for a rare 9 holes of golf. My muscle tone & strength have deserted me. I don’t like this state of weakness, & when I saw your commercial, I thought what do I have to lose by trying your product.

When it arrived & I examined it & saw how light it was, I said to myself, this is just another scam. I took the time to review your guide & watch your disk. I tried just a few of the exercises & found this thing can really help. After a few repartitions I felt as though I had spent some time in an actual gym. I’m convinced that after additional workouts, I will regain some of my strength & feel more like getting off my rear & doing something other than watching TV. Congratulations on your product.
