Marcy Wrist and Forearm Developer Review 2: Exactly what I was looking for!

I love it, exactly what I was looking for – I am recovering from wrist fracture and as a part of rehabilitation I needed to exercise my wrist (bending it up and down). This exerciser was perfect to help out. Some key features: great material quality (plastic, but thick and hard), inside padded with foam (so it does not give pain when excising), adjustable resistance and position of the grip (very useful for me!). One (bit obvious) issue you might have is its size – likely too big for travel.

Marcy Wrist and Forearm Developer Review 3: Great product for forearm strength.

This product is awesome. I keep it at the side of the bed and use it while watching TV before I fall asleep. Even the Fiancée is trying it out. I had the old style grip forearm builder, and this to me feels like it works out my forearm much more. I’ve also been experiencing pains in my forearms tendons for like a month, which I feel is from curling straight bars, and using this two days in a row has somehow lessened my pain to a point where it does not bother me throughout the day.

I know people complain it is plastic and not metal like the old style (which I never owned) but honestly the construction feels solid, and I prefer plastic as it is lighter and easier to wield. Also if I stub my toe on it at night it won’t be nearly as bad ;). Overall I recommend, and the burn I feel lets me know it is doing the trick. I am slowly working my way up the tension ratings.
