The Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE offers a compact total-body workout solution that allows you to perform over 70 exercises.  It includes a Lat Tower, leg extension, abdominal crunch harness and a 4-position lower pulley/squat station.

The Xtreme 2 SE utilizes Bowflex’s patented Power Rods, which provide resistance, or weight, that feels as good as or better than free weights–but without the inertia or risk of joint pain usually associated with free weights.

You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 pounds all the way up to 210 pounds of resistance (can be upgraded to 410 pounds).

Other features include a no-change cable pulley system, an ergonomic adjustable seat, and 5-way hand grip/ankle cuffs.

The Bowflex Xtreme 2SE lets you change exercises more quickly and easily with no cable changes needed between exercises.

Bowflex Xtreme 2SE Review 1: Not enough instructions

I think I lost 5 pounds putting it together. For the most part the instructions were well written and drawn except when it came time to attach the upper tower the drawing was wrong.Also there are no instructions when you take the leg extensions off.What are we supposed to do with the cables? Their attached to the extensions.You can’t have it both ways.

I love it , i put all together by myself. was easy and it didn’t take long at all just follow the steps. Machine works amazing , makes no noise. so if you live in apt like it do you still gonna be able to work out at any time without bothering your below neighbors. Still i got some rubber pads.

Everything is awesome. Totally recommended.
