Review 1: Wonderful customer service and a great product for the price!

I am updating my review. Since posting the original “2-Star Review” I was contacted by the company and they very graciously offered to send me a replacement and notify their technical department of the issue. I am very impressed with their speedy and thorough customer service. I am more than happy to recommend this product. For the price it is a great product. It is my understanding that not many other people have experienced this so maybe it was just a one-off problem. Regardless, I am impressed with the way they take care of their customers and stand behind their products even after the return date. THANK YOU!

[Original Review] I really did love this product and was very happy with it. Was consider giving it five stars. However, I travel out of the country a lot I didn’t have a chance to use it. After the third or fourth use, the stitching on the Velcro came undone the Velcro is starting to peel away. Sadly, I’ve only used it three or four times however my 30 day window to return it has expired due to be traveling out of the country. If there is anyone from this company who is willing to contact me and do an exchange even though the deadline is past I would appreciate it and consider giving it a higher rating. I do like the product however I just think it’s rather sad that the stitching came undone after only three or four uses.

I purchased this for a last minute use when my old arm band wore out. I recently ran a 5k and was surprised at how great this one was, it didn’t move, easy to adjust and I didn’t have to remove my case to fit my iPhone 6plus into the armband. With that being said, I use a wallet case that I purchased from AT&T with my phone. Hope this helps!!!

Review 3: Good workout armband

Overall, I really like this purchase. I purchased this to hold an iPhone 6 plus, and the pocket is able to hold my device without me having to take the phone out of its case. The cover is touchscreen friendly, so I’ve had no issues using it with my phone. There are appropriately placed holes for headphones and the band itself is very lightweight. My one criticism would be that, as I have thin arms, the band might be a bit narrow for me. I’m able to make it work, but it sometimes takes me a moment or two to find a good spot where it feels secure and comfortable. If you have larger arms or more muscles, you probably won’t have this problem.
