Review 1: Simple ‘must have’ for home work outs
Very happy with my ab mat.
When I can’t make it to the gym, I don’t have to get carpet/floor burns on my tail bone anymore from sit ups at home.
I’m still learning how to do those and keep my core straight so that doesn’t happen.
Also great to have if you’re a home cross fitter to practice HSPU or just plain old hand stands on the wall. Could also be used to practice and learn how to do headstands.
Review 2: This is great for situps
This is great for situps, lunges, and practicing for handstand push ups. I do Crossfit so having one of these at home is great to practice the movements. When you do I sit up using this, it focuses all the work to the abs, rather than doing a sit up without this and having part of your back have to help and not getting a complete ab workout. I have knee problems and when I do lunges it really helps so that if, when I get so tired and I kind of fall down into the lunges, my knees aren’t hurt even more.
