I have only done two of the workouts. Minute by Minute and Chest Shredder. Minute by Minute is listed as 39 minutes on the back of the box it comes in. It is actually 20 minutes with a 5 minute warm-up. It was a good sweat and challenge. The problem was that I had allocated 39 minutes for the workout so I got up extra early and the workout was short. Not the end of the world but I would appreciate accuracy. The Chest workout was solid. If you increase the weight it will help make it more intense. Jody does a nice job. This is a no thrills get down to business workout. I like them. Just need to clean up some of the details. At the end of the Chest dvd mine kind of skips or has some kind of glitch. I hope the others work. I hope this company continues to make these workouts. I do these in the mornings with my wife and I like the condensed times. These will make you sweat.
Update: 5/26/15 – these workouts rock. Short, to the point. Many are like home crossfit WOD’s and you are in and out in just 25 minutes. Honestly, I have done many programs and I am a home fitness junkie. This set is awesome and I highly recommend it.
Update: 6/2/15 – the schedule is just like crossfit with 3 days on and 1 day off. You stay this way until the last 30 days and it is 4 days on and one day off. These really are good, tough workouts. If you give Jodi a chance, you will enjoy his workouts. This is for those that really want to get a solid, hard workout in a short period of time. This program is awesome and it ties Body Beast as my favorite of them all……Great job creating this system!
